Autumnal Theme at Walton Herbs & Books on the Lane
"As part of our ongoing series of exhibitions in our Little Gallery here at Books on the Lane we were thrilled when Louise accepted our invitation to exhibit her inspired by nature photographs of fungi and woodland.
The exhibition has proved a huge success attracting local nature lovers and people from further afield, who have enjoyed the excellent quality, detail and integrity of Louise’s photographic work.

United Colours of Design (Copper Edition)
Amy Barroso of UCoD (based in Toronto, Canada) kindly invited me to submit some photos for a feature about me and my copper work.
"Copper work was something I came across purely by accident! I joined a beginner’s workshop last year to create copper work for a local sculptor. We had to create two nature based pieces- one for his exhibition and one to take home. I became so engrossed with the process of creating them and decided to do some freehand pieces of my own. I love being creative and nature photography in particular is one of my passions. The copper work took me out of my comfort zone though I found it to be surprisingly easy once I got my head around working with the tools. The four pieces were inspired partly by nature and partly by my own imagination. I wanted to create a broad range of images- a feather, woodland scene, Fly Agaric mushroom and the Green Man. The latter was my favourite due to his detailed features- and he also became the inspiration for my photography business"

Old George, Market Hill, Barnsley
While planning our new look garden room, we knew we wanted to keep with the natural outdoor theme, so knew we needed some art for the walls.
After seeing some of Louise’s work, instantly we knew how well it would work in our space.
Louise couldn’t have been more helpful and to see and feel her passion for what she does, was such a pleasure to be a part of.
